Improper Delay
- The Defendant made an invalid attempt to extend its 30 days by forwarding a letter advising that the payment of the bills is being delayed pending their request for a peer review. Annexed hereto as Exhibit “F” is a copy of the Defendant’s letter. The Defendant’s letter does not constitute a valid delay nor does it extend its time to deny the claim as they are not requesting any verification.
